practice & profile

Joel Cunningham is a Sydney-based visual artist and curator whose work spans painting, embroidery, sculpture, site-specific installations, and public murals. Merging pop-surrealist character design, raw graffiti roots, and expressive Cubist forms, his practice explores tactile material processes, psychological archetypes, and fragmented human character across both gallery exhibitions and public spaces.
